OFFICAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. You must be at least 21 years old and a legal resident of the U.S. to be eligible. Void in CA and where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. HERE’S HOW TO ENTER: Enter online at www.canadianmist.com/outdoor or clearly hand print your name, address, date of birth and e-mail address on an official entry form or a 3" x 5" piece of paper (or postcard) and mail it to The Canadian Mist Ultimate Outdoor Sweepstakes, Offer 150SN366, P.O. Box 1016, Young America, MN 55594-1016. Enter as often as you like (but limit one entry per stamped envelope). No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be eligible, nor will your entry be eligible if lost, late, illegible or otherwise misdirected. The sweepstakes begins 6/1/08. Entries must be received by 8/31/08, when the sweepstakes ends. Use of any automated system (e.g., robots, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry method) for submission of multiple entries is prohibited. Any attempt by any entrant to use an automated system or to obtain more than one (1) entry by using multiple/different e-mail addresses, identities or any other methods, will void all of that entrant’s entries and render that person ineligible to receive any of the prizes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for any unavailability of or interruptions to any service or equipment used in connection with the promotion without limitation. Sponsor may require that the potential winner provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address and/or password associated with the winning entry. No substitute or transfer of prize permitted. All entries become the property of Brown-Forman Beverages/Canadian Mist.

3. ELIGIBILITY. Employees (and household family or members of such employees) of Brown-Forman Beverages and their respective advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, beverage alcohol retailers and wholesalers and their affiliates are not eligible. You must be at least 21 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to be eligible. Sweepstakes void in CA and where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. PRIZE. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize is a GE Monogram Package (outdoor refrigerator and grill – ARV $5,648) and a $5,000 gift certificate to a national home improvement store. Total approximate value of Grand Prize is: $10,648. All federal, state and local laws apply. Taxes and other charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner. No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted except with sponsor’s permission or where required by law. Sponsor will report value of prize as required by law.

5. DRAWING: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all timely received eligible entries. The drawing will take place on or about 9/15/08, under the supervision of an independent judging organization whose decision concerning aspects of this promotion shall be final. Odds of winning depend on the number of official entries submitted. Unclaimed prize will not be awarded.

6. CLAIMING PRIZE/RELEASE: The potential winner will be notified by mail on or before 9/30/08. Potential winner may be required to claim his or her prize by signing before a notary and returning to the address stated in the notification an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. If the notarized Affidavit and Release are not returned within 15 days of notification, the winner will have waived any claim to the prize and an alternate winner may be selected. By accepting his or her prize, the winner: (a) agrees to release Brown-Forman Beverages/Canadian Mist and their affiliated companies and licensed alcohol wholesalers and retailers from any and all liability claims, actions or proceedings arising out of or for injuries or damages sustained while involved in a promotion activity or in connection with the use of the prize, as well as (b) consents to the use by Brown-Forman Beverages/Canadian Mist, for promotional purposes in connection with this promotion, of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice without further compensation (except where prohibited).

7. WINNER: The name of the prizewinner may be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: The Canadian Mist Ultimate Outdoor Room Sweepstakes Winner, Offer 150WN366, P.O. Box 3054, Young America, MN 55558-3054. DO NOT SEND ENTRIES TO THIS ADDRESS.
